CQ fluency is Regional Supplier of the Year!

Elisabete Miranda, President and CEO of CQ fluency, accepted the award for, the Regional Supplier of the Year – Class III from the New York and New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council, at the 45th Anniversary Partnership Awards Gala at the New York Marriot Marquis. The theme of the evening was ‘Reflections of Excellence in Diversity’.
CQ fluency is certified as a minority-owned business (MBE) by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and Elisabete serves on the board of New York and New Jersey MSDC and MBEIC Committee. As an MBE, CQ fluency is part of a powerful network directly impacting economic growth in the United States.
The supplier of year award recognizes Asian, Black, Hispanic, and Native American business enterprises for their business growth and development, operational success, support of other minority businesses and active participation in the community. On winning the award, Elisabete said, “Words cannot express how happy and excited we are for being nominated as Class III Supplier of the Year. We are very grateful to have been a two-time Class II winner, but it is a dream come true to finally be a Class III.” The NYNJ MSDC categorizes Class III as businesses with revenues between $10m-$50m.
Elisabete continued, “We have been blessed to have the support of many corporations and their amazing Supplier Diversity Managers such as Pauline Gebon from MetLife who nominated us, as well as the support of The Council,” she continued, “together, with our amazing clients, our invaluable employees and fellow certified MBE’s we can have a bigger economic impact in creating a much more inclusive world!” The CQ management team celebrated at the Gala where the award was received.
