Inc. magazine revealed that Hackensack NJ based CQ fluency made the annual Inc. 5000 list for the sixth consecutive year. The most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies is also a pulse on the impact of entrepreneurship on the US economy.
CQ fluency, a minority and woman-owned translation company, improved their ranking on the list by 344 spots. Their growth in revenue, global reach, investment in R&D and impressive job growth in 2018/19 contributed to their advancement on the list. Since their founding in 2000, and given the nature of their work, employing a diverse work force and diverse supplier pool is a business imperative – and CQ fluency’s growth equates to a better economic impact. The increased need for multicultural communications both domestically and internationally and CQ fluency’s focus on technology and innovation were big drivers of the fast growth. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $237.7 billion in 2018, accounting for 1,216,308 jobs over the past three years.
