Alysia Gemma, Executive Vice President, is responsible for leading strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth, enhancing operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative leadership culture. In partnership with CQ fluency’s CEO, Alysia plays a pivotal role in aligning the company’s vision with execution, driving focus, discipline, and accountability across teams to support business growth.
With a focus on sustaining an entrepreneurial and inclusive company culture, Alysia leads cross-departmental collaboration on RFx processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strengthening and expanding CQ fluency’s footprint in the language services industry.
Alysia is deeply passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), as is reflected in her advocacy for accessible and inclusive language communications for Fortune 500 clients. Alysia’s advocacy helps CQ fluency serve the diverse needs of global populations.
In addition to her executive role, Alysia brings a wealth of experience managing high profile events for dignitaries, including former U.S. Presidents.
