Focusing on process automation, custom development solutions and machine learning, Dan’s team of solution architects, engineers, developers and product support specialists ensure that our customers have the best language technology in place to help them be more efficient.
Dan’s language service career started in 2004 as a data entry coordinator for one of the largest LSPs in the world. He worked his way up to be the Global Director of Quality before moving on to start his own language consulting business – focused on helping translation companies meet quality goals including certifications to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and EN 15038 while also implementing technology solutions to help them be more competitive.
During this time, Dan was able to travel the world – going to London, Barcelona, The Netherlands, Hong Kong and Montreal to help his customers connect on a global level. Dan believes in harmonizing process interactions with technology applications – with a focus on enhancing quality and streamlining workflows. He is an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
When not at CQ, Dan is a dedicated “girl dad” to his two daughters, versatile cook and also a decade-long podcaster.
